What is Vitality?
According to the New Oxford American Dictionary, “it is the state of being strong and active; energy.” Vitality has different meanings to each and one of us. Can you remember a time in your life where you felt strong and had energy? When you felt invincible? When you felt like your health was the best it could be? How old were you? Where were you? What were your goals and did you achieve them?
What does vitality look like for you?
If you feel like you have lost your vitality, there could be underlying reasons why, not just mentally or emotionally, but physically as well. As our lifestyles change, so does our body. If our bodies aren’t functioning at it’s best, we don’t have vitality.
